How {Facility} and BenchReady review your application
What we use
{Facility} uses BenchReady, a recruiting service, to review applications for the {Role} job. BenchReady uses software, including artificial intelligence. The software sends you questions by text or by an automated phone call. It compares your answers with the job's requirements. It prepares a summary for {Facility}'s hiring staff.
What the software looks at
Only your answers to these job questions: (1) whether you hold the {Certification} the job requires; (2) which shifts you can work, compared with the open shifts; (3) whether you can work in {Area}; (4) whether you have a reliable way to get to client homes; (5) your earliest start date; and (6) that you have seen the posted pay range. It does not look at your voice, your face, how you write, where you live, or anything else about you.
Who decides
The software never rejects anyone. A person reviews every application the software does not advance before any decision is made. {Facility} makes all hiring decisions.
Prefer a person? Need an accommodation?
You can answer the same questions with a person instead of the software. This never hurts your application. Text HUMAN in reply to any of our messages, call the number the message came from, or email support@getbenchready.com. If you have a disability or need an accommodation, such as more time, a different format, a phone call instead of texts, or an interpreter, tell us the same way and we will set it up.
If you are not moved forward
Within 30 days we will tell you which job requirement was not met and that a person confirmed it. You can ask us to fix any information about you that is wrong, and you can ask a person to look again.
Your information
We keep application and screening records for 4 years from the later of the date they were created or the final decision, then delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer. Full privacy notice: getbenchready.com/privacy.
Equal opportunity
{Facility} and BenchReady do not discriminate based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, or any other characteristic protected by law.
