Who we are

BenchReady LLC, Pensacola, Florida, recruits for {Facility}. {Facility} is the employer and makes all hiring decisions. BenchReady is not the employer.

What we collect

Your name and contact details. Your application answers. The certification or license documents you choose to provide. A government ID, if {Facility} needs to confirm your name; we use it only to match your name, never for face scanning. Your interview times and screening notes. Your texts and calls with us; calls may be recorded after we tell you. Whether you start and stay in your first 30 days. We do not collect health or medical documents.

Why

Only to review your application for {Facility}, to set up and remind you about interviews, to support your first shifts, and to follow the law.

Who sees it

{Facility}, BenchReady, and the service providers that run our texts, calls, scheduling and hosting under written contracts. We do not sell your information. We do not share your application with other facilities.

Other checks

If {Facility} needs a background check, {Facility} runs it with its own company and will ask for your separate authorization; BenchReady does not run background checks.

How long we keep it

Application records for 4 years. Call recordings for 1 year. Then we delete them, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.

Your rights

You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to fix it, or ask us to delete it, subject to records we must keep. Text PRIVACY to any of our messages, email privacy@getbenchready.com, or call the BenchReady phone number shown in every message.

Your choices

Reply STOP to end texts and calls at any time. Ask for a person at any time. These choices never hurt your application.

Text messages and your mobile information

If you opt in to texts or calls about your application, we use your mobile number only for that hiring program. Mobile information and SMS opt-in consent will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Message frequency varies. How screening works

{Facility} uses BenchReady, a recruiting service, to review applications. BenchReady uses software, including artificial intelligence, to send screening questions by text or automated call and compare answers with the job's requirements; a person reviews every application the software does not advance before any decision is made, and {Facility} makes all hiring decisions. You can always ask for a person instead by texting HUMAN, calling the number a message came from, or emailing support@getbenchready.com; it never hurts your application.
